Automated Online Sampling System with Feed Control

YSI 2700 Biochemistry Analyzer provides rapid and precise analysis of essential chemistries including:
  • Glucose
  • Lactate
  • Glutamine
  • Glutamate
  • Ethanol
  • Lactose
  • Sucrose
  • Galactose
  • Hydrogen peroxide
  • Methanol
  • Starch
  • Choline
  • Xylose
SEG-FLOW® & YSI 7100
The 2700 can be set to measure a single analyte or give simultaneous measurements of two analytes. Sample prep is not required as the SegFlow utilizes FISP probes to draw cell free samples directly from the reactor. The SegFlow delivers the cell-free sample to the sample port located on the side of the 2700. The Flow-Web software communicates with 2700 and receives the measured result of the analyte(s). This data is logged in a spreadsheet and presented in a graphical format for the user. The SegFlow system can maintain desired concentrations of analytes using it's feed control system based on the measured result and set target concentrations.

YSI 7100 Biochemistry Analyzer provides rapid and precise analysis of essential chemistries including:
  • Glucose
  • Lactate
  • Glutamine
  • Glutamate
  • Ammonium
  • Potassium
  • Xylose
  • Ethanol
  • Methanol
  • Sucrose
  • Galactose
SEG-FLOW® & YSI 7100
The 7100 is a multiparameter system that can provide simultaneous measurements of up to six analytes. Sample prep is not required as the SegFlow utilizes FISP probes to draw cell free samples directly from the reactor. The SegFlow delivers the cell-free sample to the sample port located on the side of the 7100. The Flow-Web software communicates with 7100 and receives the measured result of the analytes. This data is logged in a spreadsheet and presented in a graphical format for the user. The SegFlow system can maintain desired concentrations of analytes using it's feed control system based on the measured result and set target concentrations.

HPLC analysis provides rapid and precise identification of amino acid concentrations within a bioreactor.

Sample prep is not required as the SegFlow utilizes FISP probes to draw cell free samples directly from the reactor. The SegFlow delivers the cell-free sample to the HPLC. The Flow-Web software communicates with HPLC and receives the measured result of the amino acid assays. This data is logged in a spreadsheet and presented in a graphical format for the user. The SegFlow system can maintain desired concentrations of amino acids using it's feed control system based on the measured result and set target concentrations.
