The Cedex technology from Innovatis has fully automated the process of the manual measurement of cell density. Routine tasks such as sample preparation, graphic representation of results and data archiving are automatically carried out by the system. Together with its easy operation, this technology guarantees objective high-precision and non-user-dependent data of cell density and viability in samples from suspension cultures. When working with cell cultures, examining cell density and viability using trypan blue exclusion and microscopic evaluation are part of daily routine.
